Feature request: ability to re-order menu elements

I like the idea of being able to turn on/off different elements in the menu. That said, I do prefer seeing all of them, but being able to move presets to the very top. I know it's most likely easier said than done, bu I figured it doesn't hurt to ask. Also, maybe it's worth extracting presets into their own group instead of being bundled at the end of extensions.

I like this idea, and this is certainly something I'm considering for a PHP Monitor 6 point release.

This is actually a bug and has been fixed for the next bugfix release!
