Headless usage

Hello,

I am trying to help someone who is trying to use GlobalEnergyGIS on a cluster non-interactively, via the batch system, so we need to get it to run without any display (not the simple option of forwarding a display).

Our attempts to switch the Makie backend haven't been successful, but also we aren't the most experienced with julia so we can't be sure we are doing things correctly.

We tried using the instructions to enable CairoMakie, but it didn't seem to work. Looking deeper into the GlobalEnergiGIS code, we were wondering if it was hard-coding the GLMakie backend.

Do you have any advice on this topic?
