Requirement of digitally signed version of labview_grpc_server.dll

For developing measurement services in MeasurementLink we installed the required labview grpc dlls using .vip files specified in https://github.com/ni/measurementlink-labview/releases.

The copied labview grpc dll files are not digitally signed. Our measurement service is planned to be shipped as an exe which includes this dll. As per installer policy/recommendations we can only ship digitally signed versions of dlls.

@ni-sujain , @ccifra - Providing additional context to Valli's request. We are using the grpc-labview dll for Data Converter Validation module which is scheduled to release this week. We are currently blocked on digital signing for the grpc-labview dll that we are consuming. Could you please provide us a digitally signed dll that can be included with our installer. Thank you !
