Help - Getting wrong data from the store

Hi, I am currently migrating a small project from akita to elf and encountered a weird problem in the process.
I created a replication on stackblitz

Basically I'm selecting the first element of an entity store and incrementing a counter whenever this entity changes, and an some additional condition is fulfilled (left this condition out in the replication).
If I select the counter from the store I'm getting the new and old values in alternating order (1 0, 2 1, 3 2,...)

Can someone help me figure out whats going on here?
