Starting April 1, 2025, ... Unauthenticated users and users with a free Personal account have the following pull limits:
Unauthenticated users: 10 pulls/hour
Authenticated users with a free account: 100 pulls/hour

For NGINX Official Images to be published to alternative registries or docs to be updated to refer to existing official alternatives.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Pay for Docker subscription or reducing container update checking rates.

The images are already on Public ECR, but I agree that adding ghcr.io would be ideal
