Connecting DevStack as VIM to OSM

Hi,

I am trying to connect devstack to OSM but whatever I tried when I execute this command:
osm vim-create --name openstack-site --user admin --password <my_password>\ --auth_url http://10.80.103.95/identity/ --tenant admin --account_type openstack --config='{insecure:True}'

I am receiving an error.
