[Feature Request] "Update column" also for parameter

We received an anonymous feature request on April 18th via the DataPLANT Helpdesk.

"The "update column" feature to annotate assays/studies with SWATE in ARCitect is only available for Input & Output columns. It would be handy for other column types such as parameter."

For these columns you can use the "fill column" option. This extends the field value to all rows of that column.
