Hey all! ARCitect and Swate now work together! Clicking the Edit Tables button for assays and studies will make them editable with Swate! 🚀

Please play around with the new version and let us know what you think!

Now that we have a first working iteration new features will come along soon!

Not quite finished with everything I wanted today but:

  • when adding assays, "to be created" studies are now removed from the select list if you deselect them again.
  • You can select files or folders for all "import" options (dataset, runs, workflows).
  • You can delete assays and studies via arcitect, but not yet via the standard explorer.
