Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I currently see no direct way for renaming a study or an assay. Maybe this is a somewhat rarer case, but I could see several scenarios, where you would want to change the study or assay identifier. Here are some examples
Your collaborator/supervisor/reviewer wants you to repeat a study and you would now like to number both of them or add a year tag.
The preliminary names of a mutant/newly discovered species/software tool after which you named a study/assay is changed during the course of the project
Describe the solution you'd like
I could imagine a function like arc s rename that works similar to the other ISA Metadata functions where you can assign a new identifier. Alternatively maybe this functionality could be incorporated into arc s update /arc s edit
Describe alternatives you've considered
The current alternative I see for studies is to create a new study with the desired id and moving all associated assays with arc a move. However you still need to move the isa.study.xlsx and other files manually. The same goes for assays.
Additional context
Sorry if there is a simple alternative, that I am missing.
