Ontology Annotation - comment on dev text

On the dev branch, there currently is a text making columns Term Source REF and Term Accession Number compulsory for all main fields in annotation tables and to have these terms followed by empty brackets, if the column header terms from the main column are not ontology terms. Are there already plans how to deal with practical consequences of this? - Unless they are not of consequence (?)

1. There could be multiple columns Term Source REF () and Term Accession Number () in a table.

2. If the respective table was formatted as an .xlsx table (rather than being just a data sheet) - and all current swate tools are formatting the isa tables as xlsx tables - repeated header names are numbered and these numbers cannot be permanently deleted as long as the the data is formatted as a table.

Number 2. could be avoided if not formatting the data in isa tables as tables. The human readability would suffer (no easy application of nice colour separation between different lines) - not sure whether anything else might suffer.
