Hi,

I find the TumourEvo pipeline very useful. I know that a matched normal tissue is usually required, but I was wondering if TumourEvo can still be used for my WES multi-region tumor samples without a matched normal sample? If so, how?

Thank you!

Hi! Thank you for your interest in our pipeline!
Regarding your question, the pipeline can also be used with tumor-only data. The important thing is that the input data must include both allele-specific copy number calls and somatic mutation calls.

If you have any other doubts, let us know!

Is it possible to get allele-specific copy number calls with tumour-only data?
