Description of feature

would need to divide reads btwn +/- to adjust end such that the end is reported 1 base before/after the start of the read.

bamCoverage --bam run_6770_PDR8_passing_tagged.bam -o test.bed -of bedgraph --Offset 1 -bs 1

need to filter that for regions with 0 count
