Hello, I am impressed with the work on Baram, and interested in using it more.
Are thermal interfaces between two solid regions supported? In CHTMultiregionNFoam. This is a situation where two solids are in contact, but a thermal interface resistance is modeled between them, such that there is a discontinuity in the temperature distribution as heat flows across the boundary.
As an example problem, there may be three regions in contact. A fluid, a solid, and a second solid. Each solid is a different material, and the boundary between the solids is non-ideal, having a thermal interface. This is available in openfoam chtmultiregionfoam, and I typically use it across non conformal boundary meshes.
