FLAG_SECURE not cleared when passcode enabled.

Steps to reproduce

• Setup passcode
• open the app and put the password to unlock.
• Now try take screenshot. It won't let you take it because of the mentioned flag.

Expected behaviour

flag should be active only in passcode activity and after that we should be able to take screenshot/screen record.

Actual behaviour

flag always active , not able to take screenshot/screen record.
