permissions for data, not only videos and music files

Steps to reproduce

Sync between Nextcloud on fedora and android 14. All permissions enable, data permission not selectable. No data-file upload possible. Movies and music selectable, but no upload.

Expected behaviour

All data should be syncable/ uploadable.

Actual behaviour

Throws error will upload any data. No data files selectable.

Thank you for reporting this issue. Please let us know where you installed the Nextcloud app from. Unfortunately, there are new restrictions in place that force us to limit any uploads to media files starting with the Google Play version of Nextcloud 3.30.6.
