Linking To Posts In Menus

Is there a way to link to posts in the menus? If you look at Next Theme's documentation pages it has different menu items for different sections. If you click on one, i.e. Getting Started, then you will see options under that section, i.e. Installation, Deployment, Configuration.

Does that only work for pages or can I link to posts as well? I love that feature, by the way, and was wondering if I could use it for posts that are part of a series.
