Resize the Map by Inkscape

Dear Mr. @neveldo

Thank you for your project jQuery-Mapael,
I faced a little issue, I think it is because I haven't enough experience in Inkscape,
so, my issue is I have a map for Yemen country, and now I want to add the districts,
I copy the som of districts to a new file, and when I convert the SVG to js, the size changes to be like its position in the master map, but I had been changed the size

Please see the attached image, the Yemen map, and some district (which I copied them to new file).
