File Open Issue

When you have a file open and then you modify it outside of Dash then reopen it in Dash, the application crashes.

Steps to reproduce:

• Create File in Dash
• Type in File in Dash
• Save File in Dash
• Close Dash
• Open File in Dash
• Open File in another text editor
• Type in File in another text editor
• Save File in another text editor
• Open again in Dash

This will cause Dash to crash.

Since I've reinstalled my OS, I'll clone this later on and try to fix this bug. It's the bug that caused me to stop developing this tool. I was unable to get past the instant crash.

Not at the moment, I'm going to try to fix this here soon. I'm still installing some updates on windows. (I have crap internet)
