Here is some comment about the documentation here:

  • For the section2 can we simply link to the documentation you have here. It seems like a totla repetition.
  • Can you specify somewhere that it is preferable to have the file register as a FASTQ Collection.
  • For section3:
    • In image 1 can you have only the FASTQ Collection, having the othet H800 and H776 files can be cofusing.
    • In image 2 you did not select the FASTQ Collection but the output of Cellranger.
    • Here Note: 2 tasks are created as they are 2 FASTQ files in the FASTQ collection. it is not 2 FASTQ files but 2 FASTQ samples (each samples is composed by 2 or 3 files).
    • I do not really like the fact to have a Completed and a Failed On Cluster task. The Failed on Cluster is due to issue with input. If we keep it can we explain why ?

Finally I read the doc in dark mode, so I spot the following:

That did not look good at all since it is dark on dark.

i can remove the hyperlink transfer data if you think it is a total repetition..

Now it is not anymore preferable but mandatory. Like it in session 3.
