Add extra text / explanation / info to the homepage

We should also improve / expand on the text within each tag, see e.g. text for "Search by gene"

The bar across the top for Home / Publications / About might be good to use

In lab meeting it was discussed that somewhere we should have examples about how the website should be used?

E.g. "Are you a researcher who wants to know the phenotypes associated with a particular cell type?"
