Make an updated / higher res figure of QPN/PPMI data

Hey @alyssadai, thanks for taking on that figure update task! Figure 11 in the draft should be replaced with

panel A) (@surchs)

• higher resolution screenshot of the dummy example data to illustrate visit and column naming differences
• (optional) pixelate / blur the subject ID section to demonstrate that these are potentially sensitive data. I believe Gimp can do that

panel B)

• a higher resolution screenshot of the (current) annotation tool (same content is fine)

panel C)

• a higher resolution screenshot of the query tool
• with the up to date numbers of QPN and PPMI
• with an assessment tool selected (if possible)

Hey @surchs, do you want me to add the updated screenshots directly in the Miro figure (I'm assuming the one called "QPN paper figure" is the final one), or put them into somewhere like a Google folder?

Google folder is better I think. miro might impact resolution.
