Dotplot hoverTemplate

Can the hoverTemplate be set for a Dotplot?

In this jsfiddle example I set the parameter "hoverTemplate": "This is a test" but it is still using the original template.

What does the current template for a Dotplot look like? {....}

So what is the string template that builds the Dotplot hover? What is between the {braces}?

For Scatter2D with Ribbon Area I defined the following:
hoverText = "<b>SubFraction:</b> {Subfraction}<br/><b>Activity:</b> {Activity}<br/>-----------------<br/><b>Lower:</b> {Lower}<br/><b>Upper:</b> {Upper}"
