[Player Script] Spacebar conflict with typing in chatroom

We have a chat room that is being used during live hosted shows on our radiostation. Since I've installed the radiostation pro plugin to have that awesome continuous player, we have an conflict with the chat room; when users press the space bar in their message, space bar stops and redstarts the radio player and there is no space in their message.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to www.afc.fm/studio-chat
2. Start the player
3. Type a sentence in the chat box.
4. See error...

It's not on all systems nor on all browsers so it's really hard to find out what the issue is.

Expected behavior
No spaces in the input text in the chat room...

@Technoliq Which player script are you using in the Radio Station settings? There is the option to use Howler, jPlayer or Amplitude. I'm not sure off-hand which of these binds keyboard events like spacebar, but can you let me know which you currently have active and whether changing to another script avoids the issue or not?
