Write production guide

Some sort of guide for running warc-indexer (scaling of index processing), Solr Cloud (logistics and scaling) and SolrWayback (no special requirements) in production for different setups and scales should be provided. As this is a lot more about the indexer and the searcher part, this guide might be better placed elsewhere.

Maybe a section of index tweaking for warc-indexer? Disabling heavy features, limiting number & size of fields? Mention of dumping to intermediate format?

I've read through the current wiki page and added some fluff. Furthermore I have linked to the requirement for different archive sizes wiki-page, as these pages goes hand in hand. #349
