Only those sites that the operator added to the white list work through Cloudflare, are there any ways to bypass it?

as I understand it does not work through Cloudflare.

I think you are misunderstanding something. ISPs don't keep a whitelist for Cloudflare based websites or at least they are not using it (yet). If you don't believe me, simply check 7ho.st every time that you are facing a problem with Cloudflare; you will see that this website shows the same issue, even though it should have been whitelisted. As I explained in another topic (and other people mentioned it before me) #171 (comment) you are simply getting already blocked IPs from cloudflare. You need to make several accounts until an IP works for you.

I think you are misunderstanding something. ISPs don't keep a whitelist for Cloudflare based websites or at least they are not using it (yet). If you don't believe me, simply check 7ho.st every time that you are facing a problem with Cloudflare; you will see that this website shows the same issue, even though it should have been whitelisted. As I explained in another topic (and other people mentioned it before me) #171 (comment) you are simply getting already blocked IPs from cloudflare. I understand what you are saying, but all Cloudflare subnets are already blocked, and only the necessary sites from Cloudflare are whitelisted, and naturally, ports 80 and 443 work through their ip addresses, and when you configure V2ray + ws + cdn and write to the address discord.com won't connect anyway

there are only 3 ip addresses left without a filter, almost and his ip addresses are blocked
