Tourists are losing PAW on Loading game if on EVA #13

If you save a game with a Tourist on EVA, it loses the PAW buttons on loading the game back

EVA a Tourist
- Look the PAW, you will find the "Selfie" button.
Save the game
Quit the game to Main Menu
- Perhaps you need to quit KSP? Check!
Load the game again.
"Fly" the EVAing Tourist
- Look the PAW, the "Selfie' button is not there.
