Fellow Kerbonaut by_HOY commented that Refunding is being shown on Stage Recovery.

My answer:

So I think this is something to be handled on StageRecovery.

I will check SR source code and see what can be done. The fact is that this will be useful to any other add'on that wants to add resources that should be hidden from the user.
