any chance for support of sympy 1.12.1

Has anyone tested nestml with sympy>=1.12.1?

I see there are known reasons to stick to sympy<1.11 in requirements.txt: #806
and an issue was opened at sympy: sympy/sympy#24045

This issue was closed as a fix was added to sympy upstream in September last year: sympy/sympy#25262 (comment)

Maybe it's worth trying sympy 1.12.1 now?

@jhgoebbert thanks for pointing this out! I just checked and the issue is still present in the latest release of sympy. I just opened an issue in their repository reporting the error: sympy/sympy#26667
