The run-ut script fails when the test file ends with a comment.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Append a comment to src/test/cobol/unit-tests/SAMPLET:
 
echo "      *comment" >> src/test/cobol/unit-tests/SAMPLET
  1. ./run-ut SAMPLEC SAMPLE SAMPLET
