Auto Inject Prompt Engineering Text?

When processing a large block of text that gets split into smaller segments automatically, how could I auto inject a prompt engineering text/tag at the beginning of every segment being processed?

I've got a large text file that I'm feeding into tortoise but there are large sections that span multiple segments that I want to guide with the same emotion. Right now, I'm manually inserting my prompt text (i.e. [I am so sad,]) every ~200-300 characters, and that works, it's just very tedious.

I'm wondering if I can edit a file somewhere and somehow automatically add my engineering prompt text to each segment automatically as it's pulled from the text file. Any help or guidance is appreciated!
