Since:

CI workflow is going to depend on a set of GH secrets
and we are going to try and configure Dependabot with the same set of secrets

..we should ensure that Dependabot is actually able to read the secrets and run the CI workflow successfully in its PRs.

If so we can close this issue, otherwise we shoud:

remove Dependabot secrets
skip CI integration tests on Dependabot's PRs
