MVP Gallery list page

Create a page at /gallery which takes in an array of templates as static props via getStaticProps. These props will eventually be powered by the CMS but can be hardcoded for development. Reach out to Sharif for the latest designs

The page should be publicly accessible, and clicking on a template card/item should link to the template details. TBD if template details are a dedicated page or a large modal
