Current Focus

• Indexer for Explorer: @khorolets 0.2 version of Indexer for Explorer is going to be released Dec 4th. Account changes are the last missing piece that is blocked by a PR getting merged on nearcore. 0.2 release candidate is solid and working reliably for mainnet and testnet.
• Indexer for Wallet: @khorolets updated the underlying nearcore version to support new NEAR Protocol version 41.
• Rosetta RPC:
  • testnet issues: @frol the blocker for testnet was the genesis which is too big (results in 204MB); after the fix, rosetta-cli still runs out of memory parsing the output
  • mainnet issues: @frol after hours of constant load, the node suddenly stops responding for a few minutes; @bowenwang1996 created an instrumented build to help investigate query timeouts.
• JSON RPC: @frol we need to expose new JSON RPC methods: receipt info by receipt id, contract binary by account id, epoch information.
• Borsh:
  • Refactoring: https://github.com/near/borsh => https://github.com/near/borsh-rs, https://github.com/near/borsh-js, https://github.com/near/borshj
  • no-std support PR is reviewed, awaiting fixed for CI

Plans

• Indexer for Explorer 0.2 release
• Address RosettaRPC blockers
• Expose new JSON RPC methods to:
  • fetch receipt info by receipt id
  • fetch contract binary by account id
  • fetch epoch information
• Land Borsh no-std support
• Finish reorg of Borsh project
