Freeze input boxes after singature recieved

Once a signature is received, the Path, To, and Amount input boxes should be frozen until the signature is relayed since the signature is set, and these cannot be changed in reality. This will avoid confusion if you change Amount to 0.2 but the relayed signature is 0.1
