As a designer, i should be able to add questions to certain parts in the design.

Success:
-Click on the + button and then click and drag and the typing area is visible
-Click on add button so the question will be saved.
-questions is visible on the selected part.
-added in the database

Failure:
-Questions will not be visible on the selected part

• Unauthorized user to add questions to this design.
  -Questions are not added in the database (connection time out)
