Implement component to represent "Third party re-analysed demographics information"

Proposed change:

These are the results of a separate analysis that has been performed. Does it make sense to add this to existing clinical attributes (this could be misleading - e.g. which info is from the original contributor and which is from third party)?

For the data model - Easiest approach would be to have another component (e.g. Third Party Re-analysed demographics information)

For dissemination - Potential approach (especially since this is an analysis across projects)

• Set up a separate HTAN ancestry Synapse project, with a table:
  HTAN Participant ID
  HTAN Parent Data File ID
  …other columns provided by Josh

Surface this on the portal similar to other TNPs (cBioPortal may have an existing format for this)

This ticket is to track efforts related the data model implementation.
