Hi, in the same situation.
Someone have founded out a solution for this?
If it's help, I created a conda enviroment with python 3.6, and I have installed all packages with pip install -r requiremnt.txt ( mmcv==1.3.5), my laptop is equipgment with a rtx 2070 super max-q and it's have installed cuda-toolkit 11.4 and nvcc version 11.2, V11.2.152 , on conda env 11.2, V11.2.152
