目前个人设想是能不能引入权重或者隐藏的概念
把经常发出不良发言的人,拉入一个降权名单里面,
使被降权用户的发言无法被其他正常用户看到,但是被降权的人可以正常看到自己的发言,察觉不出来被降权
主要是评论引起争吵的时候可以用这种方式比较快速平和的处理
"别人看不到我发言我自己不知道，没人回复我我也就不吵了"
