Make Gauges Great Again

In the context of e2e testing, it's difficult to interact with gauges in a way which intuitively allows selection and inspection of properties.

Several attempts have been made to add accessibility properties to the component and I believe that accessibility conformance will guide us to a workable solution (with our e2e testing's approach to user-facing attributes as a method of interacting with components
