[Stacked Plots] Stacked plot children are not selectable after initial creation

Problem

When a stacked plot is created and items are dragged into it on creation, child items cannot be selected and styled. After saving and re-entering Edit mode, child items are selectable.

Solution

Child items should be selectable when first creating the Stacked Plot.
