ogma-cli: cFS application generation requires multiple steps

Generating the cFS app requires multiple steps: one for the core app, one for the handlers, etc.

This process is not ideal, and not intuitive from the user's perspective. UX should be improved so that it's all generated in one step, with multiple flags.
