Running on Windows 7
Using Java 1.7.0_45
Downloaded eclipse-epsilon-1.2-win32-x86_64.zip
Updated with:
EEF
XText
ATL

Grabbed Master Certware from github as of pm 16/11/2014 AU central time.

Added Certware project to eclipse.

Got me 530 build errors.

Assuming it might be "Eclipse RCP delta pack for multi-platform exports", where does "Eclipse RCP delta pack for multi-platform exports" hide. Not obviously existing in any of the following software sites:

http://download.eclipse.org/modeling/tmf/xtext/updates/releases/xpand/ name="Composite Artifact Repository"
http://download.eclipse.org/epsilon/updates/name="Epsilon Update Site"
http://download.eclipse.org/releases/luna/ name=Luna
http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/4.4 name="The Eclipse Project Updates"
http://download.eclipse.org/modeling/tmf/xtext/updates/releases/ name="TMF Xtext Update Site (Releases)"
http://download.eclipse.org/emfatic/update/" selected="true" name="Update Site"
http://download.eclipse.org/modeling/tmf/xtext/updates/releases/xpand/R201206110941/
name="Xpand/Xtend Build Site"
"http://download.eclipse.org/modeling/tmf/xtext/updates/composite/releases/" name="Xtext All In One - Releases"
http://download.eclipse.org/modeling/tmf/xtext/updates/releases/head/R201108020636 name="Xtext Update Site"

Would love to send config file if that would help.

In any event, what did I miss??

Cheers,
B

UPDATE.
Running clean and turning off auto build then running build seems to see a reduced number of errors - 218.
All errors seem to be hiding in both CpnDSL.xtext and SacmDsl.xtext.
