  • HEASARC
  • MAST (Mike Fox)
  • IRSA
  • CISTO
  • Rubin (?)

With Rubin consulting, and CISTO providing costing, other input.

This is closely related to CISTO's security plan. They provide Cognito already, but can deploy something else for us. Also needs to include NGAP's login system.

First step: define our requirements for an initial deployment.
