@Czaki do you know will this go in for 0.5 rc on napari side?

There is a plan to have this in RC, but I'm not sure if the bundled version of napari should allow bumping numpy above 2.0 as many plugins may be incompatible.

This should be patched in conda-forge if necessary. Not sure about PyPI packages though.
