🧰 Task

Following npe2/#234, plugins can declare they wish to be hidden by setting the visibility field in the plugin manifest. We should update our plugin installer logic to read this field and hide plugins that have set visibility: hidden in their manifest.

Following this we should update the docs and the cookiecutter as per cookiecutter/#160.

I know we're pulling out the installer, so not sure if this issue should go somewhere else, but I'd like us to implement it asap!
