I need 3 sec 5 sec or 10 sec expiry time in some scenarios so could you please implement the feature with custom timer

Can you share the use case for this?

I think you are looking for the "burn on read" feature.
Which will immediately delete the paste once it is retrieved from server.

No I'm talking about the "expiry" drop-down menu where you've added a fix no. like 5min or 1 week or 1 month, but if you'll add a custom no. section in it so I can add a custom time for it

The feature I'm talking about is in Mr. Robot web series

Clarifying question: How do you plan on sharing the link within 5-10 sec?

In any case, I think custom expiry is valid use case. And I shall consider it. Thanks for the suggestion!
Feel free to open a PR if you feel like doing some code.

Although, take note that the custom expiry will work only if the entered expiry is also supported by the hosting server configured in settings. Otherwise the server may select it's default expiry.

PrivateBin instances usually have a fixed list of expiry values, that are configurable server side
