Description

Alter table ADD COLUMN not understood correctly, tries to be parsed as a relation

ie

ALTER TABLE CHATTER
ADD COLUMN tz_name VARCHAR NOT NULL DEFAULT 'Europe/London',
ADD COLUMN tz_offset BIGINT NOT NULL DEFAULT 0;
