TTS Using Web Speech API on google chrome not working unless i run chrome as admin #46

Text to speech feature on the website using Google Chrome web speech API does not work unless i run chrome as admin, and then it only works for about 30 seconds before i have to restart chrome to make it work again.

and now it has completely stopped working altogether.
