Like many others, I'm getting the can't find microsoft.band.admin 1.3.102 error (current version is 1.3.110.) I'm not seeing any dev responses and quite a lot of issues, so is this app still supported? This had the potential to solve my band issues but without support, I guess I'll have to look elsewhere.
