Doesn't seem to respect the hierarchy #25

So, I have been using docker for a while in development and quite a few images accumulated. Running docker-gc throws a lot of:

API error (409): {"message":"conflict: unable to delete 0cc0fbcd96cd (cannot be forced) - image has dependent child images"}`

which seems to happen because some the order in which images are deleted seem to be not kept?
